I originally built this deck for an Under $25 Legacy group I was attempting to get going with my friend.

First $2 Legacy I went to the finals, only after which did I learn that Utopia Sprawl nowadays is ~$3.50, so I super cheated. This is the new iteration. I'll see how I do tonight (6/9/16)!
