This deck came from two places. Firstly, I wanted to use Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage for Historic purposes. Secondly, I thought this Favorable Winds deck (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/instant-deck-tech-30-mono-blue-winds-standard) was cool. In toying with the idea, Raff fell away- but I kept around some of the other Historic triggers around.

In playtesting, the deck plays fast- sometimes swinging for lethal on Turn 4-5. Unsummon and Essence Scatter keep the opponent off tempo. Rescue and Unsummon can be used to save my own creatures if need be, or enable a needed Historic trigger.
