Combo with Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle to loop historic spells until you can generate infinite mana for an infinitely large Walking Ballista and then machine gun them down with it.

Combos:

Note that some of the combo conditions don't have to be met exactly. All the pieces need to be available to do the loops, but can start in different zones because this deck can transfer between graveyard and battlefield pretty easily. You can start the combos with any historic spell, as well, but the examples start with a spell that is used during the loop.

Infinite looting with Rona, Disciple of Gix:

Requires:

• Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Rona, Disciple of Gix, and Gate to the Afterlife on the battlefield.
• Another Rona and a Walking Ballista in the graveyard.
• A Walking Ballista in hand.

Steps:

1. Cast Walking Ballista for zero.
2. Return Rona, Disciple of Gix to the battlefield.
3. Choose the Walking Ballista in the grave yard as the exile target.
4. Legend Rule the old Rona, Disciple of Gix.
5. Loot and gain a life with Gate to the Afterlife.
6. Walking Ballista resolves.
7. Walking Ballista dies from zero toughness.
8. Loot and gain a life with Gate to the Afterlife
9. Repeat from 1 until you have 2 Mox Amber in your graveyard.

Infinite looting with Scrap Trawler and Yahenni, Undying Partisan:

Requires:

• Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, and Gate to the Afterlife on the battlefield.
• A Scrap Trawler in the graveyard.
• A Walking Ballista in hand.

Steps:

1. Cast Walking Ballista
2. Return Scrap Trawler to the battlefield.
3. Resolve Walking Ballista.
4. Walking Ballista dies from zero toughness.
5. Loot and gain a life with Gate to the Afterlife
6. Sacrifice Scrap Trawler to Yahenni, Undying Partisan.
7. Return Walking Ballista to hand with Scrap Trawler
8. Loot and gain a life with Gate to the Afterlife
9. Repeat from 1 until you have 2 Mox Amber in your graveyard.

Infinite mana with Rona, Disciple of Gix:

Requires:

• Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Rona, Disciple of Gix, and Mox Amber on the battlefield.
• Another Rona, Disciple of Gix and a Mox Amber in the graveyard.
• A Walking Ballista in hand. (Can be replaced with a third Mox Amber)

Steps:

1. Cast Walking Ballista for zero.
2. Return Rona, Disciple of Gix to the battlefield.
3. Choose the Mox Amber in the grave yard as the exile target.
4. Legend Rule the old Rona, Disciple of Gix.
5. Walking Ballista resolves.
6. Walking Ballista dies from zero toughness.
7. Cast Mox Amber.
8. Return Rona, Disciple of Gix to the battlefield.
9. Choose the Walking Ballista in the grave yard as the exile target.
10. Legend Rule the old Rona, Disciple of Gix.
11. Mox Amber resolves.
12. Legend Rule the old Mox Amber.
13. Tap Mox Amber for mana.
14. Repeat from 1 until you have enough mana to cast a sufficiently-large Walking Ballista.

Requires:

• Scrap Trawler in the graveyard.
• A Mox Amber in hand.

Steps:

1. Tap Mox Amber for mana.
2. Cast Mox Amber.
3. Return Scrap Trawler to the battlefield.
4. Resolve Mox Amber.
5. Legend Rule the old Mox Amber.
6. Sacrifice Scrap Trawler to Yahenni, Undying Partisan.
7. Return Mox Amber to hand with Scrap Trawler.
8. Repeat from 1 until you have enough mana to cast a sufficiently-large Walking Ballista.
