Hello guys
So i've built this deck somw weeks ago and now i had time to playtest it for a while (with various results). Changed some things over the time and now i am really happy with it and what it can do.So as you can read in the title your goal will be to kill your opponent asap because this deck isnt built to have a lategame really. Your tools achieve this goal are some solid creatures and efficient burn. I did not add any kind of combat-tricks like blossoming defense (offensiv and defensiv) because you rather just make new creatures than to save or pump them.
The gameplan of course differs from which creatures you hit with your startinghand
T1 Land (Monutain if possible)
T2 Noose constrictor/bloodrage brawler
T3 rhonas the indomitable
T4 honored hydra or whatever you like :D
As i first built and played this deck i felt like i had to discard too much non-value/madness cards and was emptyhanded before i could win the game. Thats why i tryed to get some more madness synergies going so you dont discard for nothing (if possible only discard if you have some madness/hydra synergies going).
curve-wise you got
10 2-drops (4 constrictor, 4 brawler, 2 kiran)
9 3-drops (2 trackies, 2 serpopard, 3 rhonas, 2occultist)
5 4-drops (4 hydra, 1 hazoret)
5 5-drops (2 glorybringer, 2 youths, 1 samut)
the hydra/occultist/fiery temper was almost always really easy to cast for enbalm/madness ahead of actual curve but i struggle sometimes with the youths, which are of course not that great as a 5drop
The sideboard as it is atm will give you some advantage mainly vs marvel and zombie decks (as these are also the decks i played against most of the time and had the most struggle with)
