First rule of Magic: if it is your first time in Magic, let the creatures fight.
We could say that this is a deck with a different approach of hate bears archetype, but in fact is the result of my stuborness of trying to build a deck around Sublime Archangel. I mean, this card is crazy good and rarely sees play (as much as I see on MTGO at least).
To support the exalted strategy, we will make use of Thorn of Amethyst and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben to force the opponent to play our game: let the creatures fight. And ours are up for it!
Our win conditions are Sublime Archangel herself or Zealous Persecution (which can act as a board sweeper, obviously), being the latter kind of tricky to cast once Thorn of Amethyst and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben are in play, but hopefully we will have the needed mana since that we want to put creatures on the battlefield through Aether Vial.
The beaters are Mirran Crusader (double strike and multiple exalted, anyone?), Knight of the Reliquary, Loxodon Smiter and Student of Warfare. The rest are utility / support creatures.
For the mana base, at first I thought Vivid Meadow would be too clunky, but so far it is doing alright.
I have not tested this deck against the majority of the meta yet, so any advise and suggestions are welcome.
PS: waiting the suggestion of including Pit Fight :)
Have a safe and pleasant night!
