Instant (4)

Basically, get Sage of Hours down by turn 2, and Feather, the Redeemed by turn 3. Also, pray to the gods of chaos that Sage doesn't get Bolted. By turn 4, you should either have an infinite turn engine ready, or be holding up a Gods Willing/Stave Off to protect Sage and Feather. On turn 5, play 5 cards like Cerulean Wisps, ignoring the entire effect except for the part that Sage gets a Heroic counter and you only pay 1 mana. Then, get the counters off, take another turn, and with Feather's effect, you can rinse and repeat as much as you would like. Try not to play too many lands, because when you hit a Lightning Storm, you'll want to either pass the turn and play it instant speed in their face, or play it as soon as possible. I would recommend waiting until you have 9 lands in your hand to play it. When you finally play the Storm, discard 8 to deal 19 damage to your opponent. If they discard a land card in response, turning the death penalty on you, you should have a spare land to turn it right back and watch as your opponent gets sizzled to death. Serum Powder is in to fix your hand up nicely, but beware. If you exile too much out of your library, you won't have a successful Lightning Storm effect. As an additional precaution against burn and other deck strategies, behold Test of Faith, Leyline of Sanctity, Abzan Advantage, and Gut Shot to help shut them out. I would love comments on this, especially for better hand-fixing, since Serum Powder is super sketchy. Edit: I'm trying out Magmatic Insight in Serum Powder's place, let's see how this'll work out!

Ultra-Edit: The new strategy is basically the same, but instead of Lightning Storm as a wincon, the wincon is to keep attacking with Sage of Hours and reuse Slip Through Space. I switched it over from the Lightning Storm strategy because your opponent can take control of Lightning Storm and turn it around in your face, while they can't do that with Sage (unless they use Act of Aggression or something, but that's only for one turn) and Slip Through Space. I'm still testing with this deck, hopefully it'll be done soon!
