This deck, formally The Zhur-Taa Negotiations, has been completely re-built ready for rotation. The main idea is still to abuse mana-doubling effects, now provided by Dictate of Karametra in place of
Zhur-Taa Ancient
, while preventing your opponent doing the same. That DoK has flash can make it a lot safer than ZTA as it gives you an extra turn to prepare for your opponent's mana-binge.
Previously Ruric Thar, the Unbowed was the deterrent but he has been replaced by
Eidolon of Rhetoric
. Since this allows us to cast just one spell a turn as well as the opponent we need to make that spell count, or find something else to do with all that mana.
Enter Genesis Hydra. We can put all our mana into one big flower monster and cast another beast to boot! Usually we'll be looking for Hydra Broodmaster with GHs tutoring ability. The benefit of HB is that turning monstrous is a mana sink that isn't a spell, evading EoRs restiction. My record is 23 23/23 hydras by turn 10, and I can often get 7 7/7s by turn 6. Polukranos, World Eater provide a similar function with the benefit of being able to come out before Dictate of Karametra.

Life's Legacy
which is replacing Prime Speaker Zegana.
Kruphix, God of Horizons stops any mana EoR prevents you spending from going to waste (this is how I managed to get HB monstrous for 47 mana!).
Yisan, the Wanderer Bard can be pretty handy for plucking out dorks and, if you're desperate, an EoR. Chord of Calling tutors for the bigger stuff.
I like Mistcutter Hydra as he can be effective from turn 3 onward but I might side him out for something else and reserve him for control match ups.

I'm unsure whether or not to keep Courser of Kruphix and Eidolon of Blossoms. I like that EoB can come out before DoK giving you an extra card to go with your double mana. Any thoughts on these guys would be greatly appreciated.
I think that's everything for now. I need to do a sideboard at some point so any feedback related to that would be great. I hope this build lives up to the previous one!
