Containment Priest sure is a hard working girl. With her amazingly hilarious ability, I thought I'd do what any responsible person would do and abused the crap out of her. Here the laydown:

NO CREATURES FOR YOU

Containment Priest is OP. With her, flicker cards like Flickerwisp and Turn to Mist become lowdrop removals. Sudden Disappearance becomes a targeted boardwipe. This can get sooo funny sooo fast.

Two in One

It took me forever to figure out what to do in case I needed to tutor Containment Priest. Then my gaze fell on Muddle the Mixture. Perfection. In one hand, we have a counter in case someone has a removal spell, and in the other, we have a tutor in case we desperately need Containment Priest fast.

Miss Exile's Clique

People are going to target Containment Priest eventually. So in order to get her back, Sun Titan is their to fetch her, while also beating the enemy for the win. Misthollow Griffin is our immortal beater, being available in case somebody tries using Miss Exile against us. It's also available from graveyards using Moorland Haunt to throw him into exile, gaining a spirit as profit.

Feather-bed Protection.

Pillow Fort helps, and many many tokens do not, so Ghostly Prison and Propaganda make people who run token decks sob, rant, and rage, being they can't go all out assault on our frail bodies. Our creature setup isn't huge, so a little protection would go a long ways.

As a Side Dish...

I've taken into consideration Burn and Mill decks, so Ivory Mask is there to screw with their plans, since they're attempting to screw with ours. Run Leyline of Sanctity if you want, but that's way too expensive for my tastes. Pull from Eternity allows bounce backs from Surgical Extraction, giving a big middle finger to your opponents. If Sun Titan is exiled or thrown into a graveyard, Elixir of Immortality is there, because removal is a thing. In case hexproof is also a thing, Arcane Lighthouse allows Miss Exile to continue doing her thing. Preventing boardwipes, Twilight Shepherd allows our Miss to live another day. Trying to figure out how to go up against counter spell decks was tricky for me, and the best I could think of was Grand Abolisher. Any other ideas would be good for sideboard.

Making this deck was a lot of fun for me, and I hope you enjoy it too. Suggestions are welcome, praise is appreciated, and +1's are available for any who enjoy what they see.

Updates Add

Switched out Flicker with Flickerwisp for better creature layout. Running more flying creatures means dealing more damage, and Flickerwisp uses Containment Priest's ability to the fullest.
