Please give feedback!! The main strategy is basically to get a lot of life fast using Soul Warden, Suture Priest etc. If you need a boost, Cabal Archon + Rotlung Reanimator should do the trick. Then whip out the Chalice of Life  , get it to transform, and life drain to your heart's content! You can also pull out out hard hitters like Doubtless One or Divinity of Pride to keep the life gain going, which buffs up your Ajani's Pridemate. Edgewalker can help you get your clerics out faster, and Master Apothecary is a useful tool for protecting your important creatures and yourself. There is the possibility for an infinite life gain combo using 3 Fiend Hunter + Soul Warden . First, make sure you have Suture Priest or Soul Warden out. Next, play a Fiend Hunter without exiling a creature (you can if you want I really don't care). Then, play another Fiend Hunter and use its ability to exile the first. Finally, play the final Fiend Hunter and exile the second. By doing this, it brings the first Fiend Hunter back into play, and if you use that creature's enter the battlefield ability to exile the third Fiend Hunter, it creates an infinite loop of Fiend Hunters exiling Fiend Hunters. And while those creatures are entering the battlefield, Suture Priest and/or Soul Warden are giving you life. You can stop the Fiend Hunter paradox at any time since the enters the battlefield ability says you "may" exile a creature (I like to stop it when I reach 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 life points, but that's just my opinion).
