I love Ulgris and have been experimenting with several decks with those colors. This is a creature heavy superfriends deck with several win-cons. With so much spot removal in standard, the idea is to make them choose between my walkers and all their nonsense and my creatures, which are all fairly large threats.
Each walker in the deck is a threat in some way. Memory Adept can draw or quite easily end the game through mill. Architect slows aggro and puts cards in my hand. Ashiok exiles win-cons, synergizes with Memory Adept's mill, and can get me creatures from the opponents deck. Liliana is the least useful, but she can thin out the deck with the 10 swamps I have and her neg can kill creatures, including the gods.
Hero's downfall is primarily in for other walkers but can also get rid of some big creature threats like Stormbreath Dragon, Desecration Demon, etc.
Gaze of granite for 2 pretty much wrecks mono blue and red/boros devotion, which are two of this decks biggest threats.
Polukranos is a big body with built in removal.
Desecration Demon and Aetherling are pretty obvious choices for anyone playing these colors, as they are amazing beaters and Aetherling is almost completely immune to all removal.
Prime Speaker Zegana is a fantastic draw mechanic for a creature-heavy deck, and she becomes a big beater to boot.
Reaper of the wilds gives great scry, and can get through most blockers when people get scared that you'll deathtouch her.
Prophet of Kruphix...what can I say. Quite possibly my favorite card in standard right now. Untap all land and creatures on their turn and flash in my creatures or use my downfalls or sideboarded instants.
Sylvan caryatid is a good early blocker against aggro, gives mana and is hexproof. No deck with any amount of green should be without her.
Side in mistcutter hydra against mono-U or even control. Whip if you need lifelink for burn or if they have heavy removal, like mono-B. Golgari charm is good against supreme verdict as well as killing off those pesky weenie decks early and can also be used against Mono-B to take away their Underworld Connections. Dissolve for certain trouble-makers that Downfall doesn't hit (namely blood-baron and purphoros) Lifebane for some more aggro and to get rid of pesky creatures from hand like Polukranos, Blood Baron, Heliod, Nylea, etc.
