It's for casual play and I have a budget of $50. Suggestions and recommendations welcome!

I'll briefly explain some of the choices:

Graypelt Refuge: Lifegain for Ajani's Pridemate and to offset Hashep Oasis plus budget manafixing.

Hashep Oasis: +3/+3 is very relevant for Adorned Pouncer, and helps make the 1/1 cats more threatening.

Blessed Alliance: Lifegain for Ajani's Pridemate, untap for Pride Sovereign and a small amount of interaction.

Alternative options I've considered:

Shefet Dunes: I don't get enough token generation to really benefit from the anthem effect.

Leonin Warleader: Cut for the interactive Blessed Alliance as playtesting found it wasn't reliably attacking.

Loam Lion, Qasali Ambusher, Terramorphic Expanse and Canopy Vista: It's slightly slower than the current build.

Non-budget improvements:

Ajani, Strength of the Pride probably at the expense of 1 or 2 Regal Caracal.

Windswept Heath, Temple Garden, Sunpetal Grove and Cavern of Souls at the expense of Graypelt Refuge, Unclaimed Territory and the basic lands. This would probably also make Loam Lion and Qasali Ambusher better choices.

Path to Exile at the expense of Blessed Alliance.
