This is a budget deck. I know I need snapcasters, mutavaults etc. but I can't afford them all right now.

I'll try to get Delver of Secrets out and transformed as fast as possible. Serum Visions will help me to do this. I use Vapor Snags in early game, and Echoing Truths in mid to late game to slow my enemy down. I use counters like Mana Leak and Dissolve to protect my delver from destruction spells.

Gitaxian Probe is just free cantrip and helps me to see what my opponent is planning, or what cards I should/should not cast.

Do you have any opinions, what I should change in my deck or what would make my deck better and faster?

Some edits:I added one Tectonic Edge and took Faerie Conclaves away. Faerie Conclaves were pretty unpractical, land comes into play tapped, and costs two manas to activate. It's just too much for 2/1 flyer in this deck.

I'm going to try those Disrupting Shoals and see how they will perform. I sideboarded Frost Giant.

I wonder how Treasure Cruise would perform in deck like this. Of course it will use lots of cards from my graveyard and therefore it will "waken" my Snapcaster Mage.
