The deck utilizes Murmuring Mystic and low cost drops. Electrostatic Field is in here for a wall and added damage. Arclight Phoenix comes back a lot, and Crackling Drake makes a nice finisher and blocker. I really like the addition of Ral, Izzet Viceroy as he works well with mystic and the drakes.

Did some play testing and I was really happy with how well this performs.

All the decks I make are from cards I physically own. I do not have a large collection so I do what I can with what I have.

Splashing white — Jan. 4, 2019

I was fooling around and decided to go almost full birbs and splash for white. Added Healer's Hawk for more birbs, Revitalize for life/card draw, Intangible Virtue to power up said birbs, and a few dual lands like Sacred Foundry and Glacial Fortress. I decided to also add Lava Coil to deal with pesky 4 toughness creatures. Well, Turns out it plays even better now. I may shift cards around to try and fit a Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants or a Teferi, Hero of Dominaria if i ever get one.
