When goldfishing the deck. T3 is very consistentand surprisingly easy when you know what to do.

Dark Petition, searches either for Ad Nauseam or Tendrils of Agony to win the game.and when needed, can go get the sideboardcards that you need. or other cards that you need to get stormcount high enough. Like another Dark Petition

Burning Wish can search for Dark Petition, Tendrills of Agony or Empty the Warrens.

This is budget because of the manabase. If you want you can upgrade it to fetchland and duals.

The biggest weakness is Wasteland. that can really cripple the deck.
