Gonna test out some Frontier with my favorite old standard deck. Winding Constrictor is hardened scales on a stick, so FULL BREW AHEAD!

One of the main reasons I think this can be pretty competitive is the inclusion of revolt cards from Aether Revolt. Namely Narnam Renegade and Fatal Push. That's why I've included 8 fetchlands.

CREATURES:

• Winding Constrictor is what made this deck what I want for a frontier deck. Hardened Scales on legs, this two drop can set up some disgusting boardstates.

• Narnam Renegade A turn 1 2/3 deathtouch or a T2 3/4 deathtouch is pretty darn interesting. With Winding Constrictor and Hardened Scales he's even able to scale to the board in midgame.

• Hangarback Walker Always a decent little two drop. With Scales and Constrictor in play, it comes down even bigger. Pretty useful for defense, and big enough can create a huge swarm of thop thops.

• Managorger Hydra Need I say more? He already grows stupid fast without the Snek/Scales addons. Wit this he's brutal.

• Anafenza, the Foremost just a solid three drop beater. The mana base is good enough to always have Abzan on T3 when you need it.

• Verdurous Gearhulk late game pure disgusting beefy insanity.

SPELLS:

• Hardened Scales do I need to elaborate?

• Abzan Charm this is pure awesome utility. Card draw, removal, and +1/+1 counter theme. Friggin exactly what this calls for.

• Dromoka's Command for real, possibly even more useful than the charm

• Fatal Push premier removal. Helped along by the 8 fetches.

• Nissa, Voice of Zendikar I am kinda unsure about Nissa here. Seems a little too slow for how aggro this wants to get. I mean +1/+1 counters to all with the SnekScales out is disgusting, but seems like mroe of a midgame finisher. I mean she can also pump out plants for early game defense... but I'm not sure.

POSSIBLE ADDS:

• Lifecrafter's Gift seems like a cool 1-of as a finisher.

• Drana, Liberator of Malakir is also a nifty little vampire that goes supes well with a +1/+1 counter theme.
