The plan is to go aggressive, loot through your deck to find relevant treats as you madness out cards for dubble value.

The core of the deck is Stern Constable combined with Bloodmad Vampire and Incorrigible Youths. Stern Constable gives a free madness enabler as he taps down blockers at the same time to let your vampires attack trough. If u have these cards in your start hand alongside 3 lands, you can cast bloodmad on their 2nd turn, tapping a blocker, then tap another blocker casting youths to hit for 8 turn 3. Stern Constable is our true hero, the most underrated card in SOI!

Falkenrath Gorger and Insolent Neonate are other strong one-drops that fits the deck.

Nahiri, the Harbinger is great in this deck, at the moment I run 4. Maybe one should be sideboard since I only run 22 lands and don't always hit that 4th land-drop on schedule.

Goblin Dark-Dwellers is extreme value when you get to cast it and a solid target for Nahiri ult (which returns it to hand so you can recast another spell from your graveyard!). Even if you don't get the mana to cast it, there is plenty of ways to discard for value.

I fount Tormenting Voice to be a really strong card, both when behind and ahead. Fiery Temper is also a must have.
