The idea of this deck is, like most storm decks, to get a Goblin Electromancer and a Pyromancer Ascension in play and active. Once I do that I can very easily draw my deck the next turn and hit for between 20 and 50 burn. It's an extremely powerful deck but extremely vulnerable in the first 2 or 3 turns.

I also play three Remand main board which is a little odd for storm. The reason I do that is once the Pyromancer Ascension is active and I have a Goblin Electromancer in play, I can cast remand on any target for one blue and have the copy counter the original Remand, bouncing it back to my hand and drawing me a card. Basically that means for each blue mana I can produce, I can draw a card and increase my storm count by one without the Remand ever leaving my hand. It's almost like a reusable Sphinx's Revelation just without the life gain, which I think is a worthy trade.
