Slow opponent with walls and spreading seas while maintaining hand count. Bolt/condemn single cards that pose a major threat, Supreme Verdict after opponent commits to the board.
The Planeswalkers used have great synergy. Ajani preventing tapped creatures from untapping, or lightning helix to destroy. Gideon Jura to kill any tapped creature. Ral Zarek can setup other planeswalker abilities or lightning bolt .
Detention Sphere is flexible and deals with powerful creatures and/or artifacts/enchantments
ideally the land base would be better, and the condemns would be replaced with Path to Exiles.
Chandra is the most out of place, her main use is the negative to copy any instant or sorcery. I'm combining this with Savor the Moment for Multiple turns. Even if we skip an untap step, it's additional time to gain loyalty counters on other plainswalkers.
This deck is a slowly won battle of attrition. Suggestions are encouraged. Sideboard is under construction.

Sunblast Angel also seems to have a lot of promise in this deck, but won't be able to play test until I have a few.
