This deck is built on using Odric, Lunarch Marshal to give all our creatures shared abilities. Each creature has an ability such as reach, deathtouch, lifelink, first strike etc, and so this deck focuses on having early life advantage through Vampire cuthroat and Lone Rider   and using odric and my other creatures to overwhelm by middlegame. The addition of Essence Extraction is key removal because it will automatically trigger Lone Rider   to transform, making it a 4/4 first strike lifelink. I've found that when I can get an Always Watching on the field, it is extremely hard to overcome the swarm of lifegain, flying, skulk, etc so I have 4 of those in the deck.

The things I need help with in particular are a solid early game plan and a late game plan. This deck shines in the middle game when I can get Thalia and Odric out, but in the beginning it isn't doing much.

I want to build an FNM worthy deck so any help on making it more competitive would be appreciated!
