Yeah, but Void Shatter exiles and with Torrential Gearhulk and Zombies running around the exile seems more relevant to the meta atm... but if you have a specific matchup or reason for Disallow then I'm all ears.

Zaueski If your meta is zombies I can understand using Void Shatter

I just thought of something
The biggest zombie you have to deal with has a CMC of 3.
Horribly Awry would counter every zombie spell in Standard

Theres a lot of Marvel and Zombies in my meta and I'm trying to counter both

OK this deck needs a lot of tweaks to get it to work.
These are some of the issues:
It's difficult to play Gideon of the Trials because, unlike Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, he doesn't bring any Creature in to play to protect himself. You only have one Creature that can protect him (Channeler Initiate), unless you can get some 8/8 Octopus action happening.
It's REALLY tricky to cast Crush of Tentacles for its surge cost. There were that many times I was sitting on six mana, but all the other spells in my hand cost 2CMC or more. If you want to make this deck work then I think you need a lot of little 1CMC spells that you will be almost guaranteed to cast.
Confront the Unknown
Gift of Tusks
Heaven / Earth - you can pay 0 for X, just to trigger Surge
Select for Inspection
Natural State - probably best in the Sideboard
Stinging Shot - Sideboard
I could go on, but I think you get the gist.
A lot of this stuff is a throw back to decks that are trying to get a lot of to spin Aetherworks Marvel. You might be able to kill two birds with one stone if you try taking out Glimmer of Genius for Creatures that should give you draw.
Hermit of the Natterknolls Flip
This deck has possibilities, that's for sure. It just needs to be more consistent.

Zaueski Not a good idea. Ulamog's Exile two permanent ability is a cast trigger. So even if you do stop him from casting it via Marvel; it goes back into his hand and now you run the risk of having him hard-cast it and losing two more permanents

So based on what you said Argeaux, I'm thinking I should replace Manglehorn in the side with Fragmentize and find room for a Jaddi Offshoot. Its the best one drop in my opinion since I'd lose the Clue token from a Thraben Inspector... None of the other ones really impressed me as far as usuability went... I'll definitely test Tireless Tracker instead of Glimmer of Genius, thats a good idea and helps the back up beat down plan a lot.

If you go that way always try to cast Tireless Tracker on Turn 4, then play your fourth land.
That way you get at least one Clue, because that Creature is such a removal magnet.

This deck looks sweet for the most part, but you don't have nearly enough card draw for a control deck. Tireless Tracker is good, but can just die instantly and get you no value. I would definitely run several Pull from Tomorrow here.
