One word, Scavange! Discarding creatures for Varolz, the Scar-Striped . The original concept came from my commander build Graveyard Hobos. 3rd turn kill is possible if your opponent isn't running creature hate. 4th or 5th turn is much more likely.
Third Turn Kill
First Turn: Birds of Paradise
Second Turn: Plague Stinger and Death's Shadow "who goes directly to the graveyard.
Third Turn: Varolz, the Scar-Striped than scavenge Death's Shadow to put 13 counters on Plague Stinger swing with 14/14 flying infect!
No flying? No hate? Game over.
This isn't often going to be the case. My answer for hate is hate. Stall your opponent long enough to fire off unblock-able infect damage using Glaring Spotlight or Rogue's Passage.
Forth Turn Kill
First Turn: Birds of Paradise
Second Turn: Plague Stinger and Death's Shadow
Third Turn: Varolz, the Scar-Striped and Glaring Spotlight
Forth Turn Scavenge Death's Shadow and place counters on Plague Stinger than attack with 14/14 flying infect. Do they have a blocker? That's alright, you can useGlaring Spotlight to make him unblock-able.
If your opponent has creature hate than you can accomplish the same thing and give it shroud by casting Swiftfoot Boots turn 2 instead of Plague Stinger. You get the drift.
14/14 Unblock-able/Flying Infect with Hexproof
Fauna Shaman and Jarad's Orders work amazing in this build as they build your graveyard and grab essentials like Plague Stinger or and Varolz, the Scar-Striped .
1st Turn: Birds of Paradise
Second Turn: Swiftfoot Boots and Glaring Spotlight or Death's Shadow
Third Turn: Fauna Shaman and Plague Stinger or use your Fauna Shaman by equipping him with Swiftfoot Boots giving him haste. Discard a Death Shadow and grab your Varolz, the Scar-Striped .
Forth Turn: Plague Stinger and Varolz, the Scar-Striped .
Fifth Turn: Scavenge Death's Shadow and make Plague Stinger unblock able using Glaring Spotlight.
