The Basic premise is exploit the creatures ETB effects with blink.

The creatures:

• Blade Splicer : Golems (with first strike)
• Burglar Rat : Targetless/Group Discard
• Charming Prince : Scry, Life Gain, End of Turn Blink Trigger
• Eldrazi Displacer : Blink Ability (Offensive or Defensive)
• Flickerwisp : Blink Trigger (Offensive or Defensive)
• Gonti, Lord of Luxury : Card Advantage
• Gray Merchant of Asphodel : Damage/Life Gain
• Liliana's Specter : Targetless/Group Discard
• Noxious Gearhulk : Removal/Life Gain
• Wall of Omens : Card Draw/Blocker

The Blink (non-creature):

• Ephemerate - Cheap, instant and rebounds.
• Momentary Blink - Instant and flashes back.
• Eerie Interlude - End of turn (to avoid board wipes)

The Artifacts:

• Panharmonicon - Doubles the ETB effect.
• Whip of Erebos - Graveyard recursion of ETB effects.
• Prophetic Prism - Access to Blue Mana for Momentary Blink's flashback ability. Can convert Cave of Koilos so you don't take damage. It cantrips, and bonus if Panharmonicon is out.

The Lands:

• Isolated Chapel - Dual land (I went cheap because I have too many decks)
• Caves of Koilos - Dual Option, Colorless (to activate the Displacer's ability)
• Dread Statuary - Colorless (for Displacer), Golem (first strike with Splicer)

The usual wincon is overrunning the opponent with the golems from the Splicers or blinking the Merchant. But sometimes you can suppress with discard, and just overwhelm the opponent with creatures. Note that many of the creatures have either BB or WW in the casting cost, so mana management is important.
