Playtest this crazy thing. If you survive until turn 6 (with the help of fog spell effects), you will be taking turn after turn.

Turn 1 dakra mystic.

Turn 2 scry and then draw a card with dakra.

Turn 3 flash dictate on their end step.

Turn 4: draw cards survive with fog effects

Turn 5: Dictate of kalemetra on their end step.

After that you should be taking free turns like crazy both yours and his. Your four possible win conditions are killing your opponent with his own deck via worst fears, killing your opponent with his own deck via villainous wealth, milling them with villainous wealth, or Ugin.

Ugin also prevents self mill.

What's better is you get to take your opponents turns too. Just make sure you don't forget to tap down his mana before you pass to your turn

This deck has given me 4-1, 3-2, 3-0, 4-1 records over the last four tournaments. It is strong against most standard archetype builds, but has problems dealing with brutal hordeschief and other sultai control decks; however, when my opponent does not see the combo coming I almost always win the first match. In the future, I'm probablly going to build a sideboard that transforms my deck to a more conventual sultai control deck for game two for continous blindside victories.

Voyage's end has moved to main board because it hurts u/w herioc, mono red aggro, and potentially shields myself from the devastation of Brutal Hordeschief.
