Rakdos spell burn and drain from creatures.

I'm trying to build a standard deck that will do O.K. for like 10 dollars while maybe being upgrade-able to semi-competitive play in the future (like 5 to 8 months). So please give ultra-budget and kinda-sorta budget suggestions and ideas.

I have lightning strike, shock, duress, basic lands and a few other cards that could go into a janky 1.0 version to get things started. As well as some possibility for trading for a few things.

At this point the maybeboard is a list of things from my collection(from pre-release and what not) that fit in the colors.
