Low cost cards to help with land drops in mono green

Hi! I'm looking for low mana value permanents that will help my mono green deck hit land drops more consistently. I'm running 38 lands, but the deck's card draw is mostly high mana value, so the early game is a bit precarious.
For early card draw, I currently have Endless Atlas and am considering Tome of Legends or maybe a looter like Smuggler's Copter. A Sylvan Library would be nice, but it's outside my price range.
I recently came across Greenseeker and this sort of effect is exactly what I'm looking for. Main issue is that it's only one card, and Hermit Druid is the only other low cost permanent I've found with a similar effect.
If only Abundance weren't 4 mana...
Any suggestions?

I use Rowen and Wall of Roots in my “Kong, King of Skull Island” deck… not exactly ramp PROPER, but acceleration in the form of permanents still. Maybe those would help?

Just to get it clear: You're mostly not drawing enough lands and want input on how to solve that? Or do you draw enough lands but want more drops? That's quite the difference. Also, to give better suggestions: Is there a reason you want thise cards to be permanents?

Not drawing enough lands and hoping to solve that. I’m looking for permanents specifically because I’m wanting a repeatable effect. Ideally mana value 1 or 2 since my commander (Omnath, Locus of Mana) is mana value 3.

With monogreen I'm thinking permanents that do additional land plays including, but not limited to, Arboreal Grazer, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Oracle of Mul Daya and Walking Atlas. Another for your deck would be Courser of Kruphix. I hope this helps. Happy Hunting!
