Lets "Roon" EDH

I am trying to build a competitive Commander deck using Roon of the Hidden Realm as my general. I missed a lot of cards during my break from MtG and I need the TO Community to help me out. I am going to be needing you all to help me pick out the best cards to abuse with ETB and such effects. For those that are Not familiar with Mr Roon, I only need cRds that are U, G, and W. Thanks in advance TO!
Also, ANY suggestions for this build at all are most welcome!
while I love roon and blink effects, remember, always remember that it says 'target creature', not 'target creature you control', it allows for him to be a Mystifying Maze on a stick. Sylvan Primordial is a great bounce target, just look for the creatures with the best etb's in the game and have fun.

Roon is way too slow to be competitive, whether in French or multiplayer commander.

Roon of the Blink Your Face Off has alot of the cards i use in my roon deck take a look its at least a good place to start getting ideas for a more competitive deck.

Conjurer's Closet is another great card you should use with the blinking aspect and something like Crab Umbra to untap it to use Roon's ability agin and agian.

Thanks for some quick responses, guys! I am a little wary of Mystic Snake because, while a powerful card, Roon is unable to abuse it. His text specifically says "at the beginning of the next end step", so its ETB effect would basically come up useless...yes?

yeah, but you're not using the snake with roon, the snake is for the theme and synergy, bounce the snake with deadeye, Restoration Angel , Cloudshift , etc... another that just hit me, Brutalizer Exarch + deadeye is brutal.

Bro thats sick i never thought about Brutalizer Exarch and den. Cant wait to pull that little trick out next game! Momentary Blink is what i use over cloudshift

Frost Titan is a good way to abuse the effects, as well as Jace's Mindseeker

This deck REALY focuses on ETB. As you can see, nearly everything is either a flicker or an ETB effect.some of the best one i think areGilded Drake Karmic Guide + Saffi Eriksdotter + Sun Titan Reveillark Eternal Witness Deadeye Navigator + Mystic Snake
If you want to play a creature ehavy deck of this type, I highly suggest Prophet of Kruphix . Its just so good.

depending on how mean you want to be you could add Hokori, Dust Drinker , activate roon's ability on your opponents end step so that hokori comes back on your end step. you get to untap all of your lands and your opponents are mana crippled. you can also add Silent Arbiter , if anyone attacks you just activate roon and exile that one creature.

Unfortunately Sylvan Primordial got the ban hammer recently. Have a look at mine for ideas. Roon The Blinkmaster. It's not perfect but its a lot of fun to play.

Perplexing Chimera is a nice substitute for the Primordial.

I appreciate all the suggestions, but financial turmoil has forced me to sell off a lot of my collection and key cards in Roon and some other EDH decks have been sold off for cash. I gave up on the Roon project and now only have a standard deck and Rafiq EDH :(

Defs include the infinite mana combos with Deadeye Navigator because he's so synergistic anyway. Here are a couple cards I think of when I see Roon:
Acidic Slime (duh)
Mystic Snake
Karmic Guide
Thragtusk
Venser, Shaper Savant
Just a quick list off the top o' the ol' noggin.
