I was wondering if there were any similar cards to Sigil of the New Dawn in only white. I need the creature to be returned to my hand.

Hall of Heliod's Generosity, Crystal Chimes: Enchantment creatures maybe?
Haven of the Spirit Dragon: Again, with type restrictions. There are also just a ton of effects on artifacts that return artifacts from grave to hand such as Junk Diver which works if your using artifact creatures.
Sword of Light and Shadow: Definetly what you want as long as you attack.
Reinforcements: Not to hand but close. Close enough maybe?
Dawn Evangel, Angel of Flight Alabaster: Yes, but with restrictions.
Remember the Fallen: Yes.

Scapegoat will get the job done. Bonus points for refilling your hand if a boardwipe you can't otherwise avoid happens.
Together Forever is an excellent option if you have a counter theme (Felidar Retreat, Anduril, Narsil Reforged, Archangel of Thune, Cathars' Crusade, Nykthos Paragon, Luminous Broodmoth, etc.)

RiotRunner789 the idea of the deck is to sacrifice creature and return them to my hand to recast them.

Is there a specific reason you want the creature to come back to hand instead of the battlefield? Both would trigger ETBs, though to hand re-enables cast triggers.
Are you interested in repeatable recursion, even if it is to field?
Mostly haven't seen this type of question before and it has peaked my curiosity.

RiotRunner789 I am building a Lulu, Loyal Hollyphant with Folk Hero deck for someone. I suggest using flicker/blink but she wants it to be an reanimator to get Lulu effect and to recast for the folk hero part. Still trying to work out the deck and how it will work.

Last Laugh no it Angel tribal. I am trying to not do the whole Lifegain stuff and since alot of Angel have vigilance and I want them to be tapped it makes the search somewhat difficult. Also I like all creatures to contribute to the goal of the deck. As a side note none of the elephant really fit the game plan. I did want to add some thou.

You could consider some effects that tap down your creatures without attacking such as vehicles, Springleaf Drum, or Scene of the Crime.

If you're looking to have your creatures tap for no reason, Angel's Trumpet taps any creature that didn't attack
It's pretty good with Verity Circle, altho, you'd obviously have to be in Azorious for that combo with the Elephant as commander
