What is your opinions on what is better mana rocks Worn Powerstone vs Hedron Archive and Vessel of Endless Rest vs Commander's Sphere

Close, but I would say Hedron Archive. It draws and adds some solid ramp, not just general color fixing.

The answer can vary somewhat depending on whether the additional effects play a relevant role in the context of the deck. Some decks might want Vessel of Endless Rest for its first ability whereas others may not care at all about that ability.

That said, I don't particularly like any of these cards, but Commander's Sphere is probably the best. Again, it depends on the deck and whether you're playing casually or semicompetitively (none of these cards is good enough for competitive play).

Dees rocks tho

None of these rocks are particularly good. Commander's Sphere is the most universally powerful of these ones though. You should get really far with Sol Ring, Signets, and Talismans if you're on budget.

It's for Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck and I'm running 11 rocks (want to have about 15 but don't know what to cut) I've got Mana Crypt,Grim Monolith,Sol Ring,Mana Vault,Thran Dynamo,Chrome Mox,Mox Diamond,Lion's Eye Diamond,Mind Stone,Gilded Lotus,Coalition Relic,Chromatic Lantern,Basalt Monolith,Commander's Sphere,Hedron Archive,Worn Powerstone,Pristine Talisman,Dreamstone Hedron and non mana rocks Expedition Map,Ruby Medallion,Sapphire Medallion no jet yet. So I'm trying to decide what ones to run as the 11 I have room for and what ones to make more room for and what to cut altogether

Ritual effects, Signets, and Talismans.

You don't really need to be running all of those, I don't think. A the point at which you're already including Mana Crypt and the like in your deck, you're well beyond needing cards like Pristine Talisman. There are other things you could be optimizing.

Pretty much, yeah. Nekusar needs something like 10 ramp options, a suite of countermagic and general control, wheel effects, and utility.

What about Grafted Exoskeleton to dirty? It makes me feel dirty just putting it in the "maybe" pile next to nekusar

Totally unnecessary. If you're getting away with Nekusar out and you resolve a wheel, you'll most likely be able to chain that into more damage.

Signets are pretty good, TBH.. Surprised I don't see more people play them in their Commander decks.

Signets, Thran Dynamo, Sol Ring and I like the keyrunes(Izzet Keyrune, Boros Keyrune and Azorius Keyrune) in my Narset deck. It runs lots of wrath effects so it helps me to not be too far behind if I need something to swing after. For nekusar they are less optimal though.

Grafted Exoskeleton would be pretty dirty, but it might be overkill in the grand scheme of things like was mentioned before.
