How to make burn deck viable in EDH?

I'm attempting to build a deck based around Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip and I want to be able to make a burn deck that is actually good in EDH. I'm thinking about using cards to prevent life gain such as Sulfuric Vortex, Leyline of Punishment, and Stigma Lasher. I also want to use cards to give additional damage from my spells such as Embermaw Hellion and Guttersnipe. Or spells that double damage such as Dictate of the Twin Gods or Furnace of Rath. And to finish it off I'm thinking about using mana doublers such as Mana Flare, Caged Sun, Extraplanar Lens, and Gauntlet of Power to ramp to obscene levels in order to cast large X spells.
What are cards that should be replaced or added in order for this to become a good deck?
I already have a Mizzix deck that I enjoy playing, this is mainly a deck to spite my friend who plays Oloro that says that mono red cant beat him. So I'm trying to put together something on a budget that can prevent him from gaining life while quickly getting rid of life. Hidetsugu would be a great addition though, thank you.

If you just want to beat him using mono-red, both Purphoros, God of the Forge and Krenko, Mob Boss pilot threatening gob decks. They tend to be mean as all hell.

I would say the best kind of burn spells in EDH are stuff like Rolling Earthquake that will clear the board and deal damage to each player rather than spells like Lightning Bolt which are really bad in multiplayer.

Pure burn is a losing proposition. You might be able to get away with burn as a win-con in the right deck, but RDW is much harder to pull off in EDH.
UR is a fantastic way to go, not just because Mizzix is amazing, but because it lets you copy burn on the stack with cards like Djinn Illuminatus and Nivix Guildmage.
Mono red? Have you considered Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient? Mimic Vat and Dualcaster Mage is a solid combo, but with Kurkesh it's pure value. He forms infinite loops with Voltaic Key and many mana rocks, and is more flexible than most mono-red commanders.

Another option for mono red is Feldon of the Third Path mono red reanimator.
Lots of hand cycling, lots of big fat creatures coming from the grave, lots of toolbox/utility.
I suppose there's Daretti, Scrap Savant too.
My Feldon list for reference: The third path is the saddest.

My friend has a mono-red burn deck that uses Akroma, Angel of Fury at the commander... it gets pretty hilarious when he turn 5 kills everybody with Blasphemous Act + Furnace of Rath + Repercussion

I agree with TheDevicer my Krenko, Mob Boss deck Red Goblins Win wins Multi-Player Pods at my LGS all the time. It is even meaner if you go 1v1. You'll want to add more to his infinite combo if your going against Oloro infi-life though.

I mean, burn straight up sucks in EDH. Even if you're doing lots of burn damage to other players, you're probably leaving yourself open to being attacked by creatures. It's not reasonable to expect to be able to control the board while dealing substantial damage.
Your best option is probably something like Heartless Hidetsugu if you insist on staying mono red. Otherwise, I'd recommend Mizzix of the Izmagnus because greater access to tutors, reactive cards, and draw helps. Also, Mizzix of the Izmagnus lets you pump something like 20 mana into things like Comet Storm. It's not the most competitive thing, but it's pretty decent. You're essentially playing burn.
