This is a friend's deck, I thought it was pretty sweet so I helped out with a few ideas I stole from a deck of mine, http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/bant-butthurt/

Another Bant deck modeled off the good ol' Call to the Kindred/ Descendants' Path and mana ramp to get expensive stuff fast.

Mirror-Sigil Sergeant + Paradox Haze = rhinos up the butt. If you don't have a field wipe it's really hard to control, so sideboard protects against fieldwipe.

Somberwald Sage is there instead of birds for synergy's sake; Descendants' Path can grab humans and monks, etc.
