Combo deck built around the Birgi, God of Storytelling   or Runaway Steam-Kin + Grinning Ignus combo.
The idea is to have either Birgi or Steam-Kin with two counters, play the Ignus for infinite storm counters and win with Grapeshot.
This can be done by turn 4.
Alternative wincons are Empty the Warrens, and Storm Entity which is tutorable.

Flamekin Harbinger is there to tutor Grinning Ignus, Runaway Steam-Kin or Storm Entity. It can find us either part of the combo, or a wincon.
It can also find us Fury on turn 1 for backup against explosive creature decks.

March of Reckless Joy fulfills the role of Faithless Looting, also being better in this deck since there is potential for infinite mana, which allows us to search our entire library. We can also cast it for 1 mana if we need a counter on steam-kin to go off, and we can exile dead red cards from our hand to pay for it. Its very useful to find lands for example.
The rest is 1 mana cantrips, which help fill up the Steam-Kin and cycle through the deck.
