The modern format (8th ed/mirrodin to current) is still quite unexplored, so I thought I might give it a shot. The idea behind this deck is to use maindecked Magus of the Moon combined with a simple mana base, because of the wide array of nonbasics in the format. I know the landfall/aggro build is an option, but I've never really enjoyed playing all-in decks.

I've only been playing since m10, so I might've missed a few of the older cards worth playing. Any advice would be appreciated.
