I originally just wanted to build a drawing-based deck, but it wasn't defensive or offensive in any way, so I dded some mill to it to make it less about drawing a ton, more about getting rid of my opponent's libraries fast enough for them not to know what hit them.

Update 2:36 PM 6/6/17: Added some cards that were recommended to me, as well as removing some of the lesser needed cards to cut down on deck size.
