This deck is a lot of cards that people just aren't giving a proper chance right now, that surprisingly all fits together quite nicely.

  • Pestilent Spirit: The value of menace and deathtouch is highly underrated, and the card seems like it should have been better than just limited fodder. The icing on the cake is that it turns all the burn spells into kill spells. Cosmotronic Wave turns into an asymmetrical board wipe.

  • Leyline Prowler: This card immediately reminded me of the great card from Kaladesh standard, Gifted Aetherborn. Maybe I just miss Gifted Aetherborn too much, but I feel like Leyline Prowler has a solid slot here.

  • Vraska, Swarm's Eminence: Another underrated card, the new Vraska absolutely is mostly limited fodder, but within this shell she really shines. Considering the decent amount of deathtouch creatures we have, combined with the evasion granted by Angrath or Cosmotropic Wave, she can guarantee we're beefing up our deathtouchers.

This deck is a prototype that I threw together, so there definitely are some optimizations to be made. Will be taking suggestions/updating soon.
