This is a low to the ground, go-wide aggro deck in the upcoming format Frontier. Frontier is a format that allows players to build minimum 60 card decks, using all sets printed since m15. Format is super sweet, highly recommended, with a low entry-fee cost wise.

This deck uses mana efficient artifacts to smooth your curve, and ramp out a bunch of cheap, flying threats via Maverick Thopterist, Pia Nalaar, and the effective Thopter Engineer. Engineer does a ton of work in the 3 spot giving your scrapheaps, thopter tokens, and ALL OTHER THREATS haste on turn 3. Cheap haymakers like Ensoul Artifact and Shrapnel Blast are almost certain to create hard combat situations for your opponent - ensouling an Implement feels dirty, as does Blast.

The deck can go-wide or go big, it's a very diverse aggro deck. It can play the control and hunker-down behind Hangarbacks and Harvesters, or fly over the top with Ensoul'd thopters and... well... shrapnel blasting more thopters!
