First time making a MTG deck and new to the game. Basically took the prebuilt Ral, Caller of Storms deck and took out cards while putting some in that I thought were cool. I guess this is what you would call a burn deck. My idea was to basically just get the creatures that gain from casts out and chip away with all the instants. Niv helps enable that cycle of dealing damage or benefitting from casting even more and Ral of course is good to get out with his Staticasters. If Ral isn't working, my idea behind the side deck was to replace all the cards related to him and put in Thousand-Year Storm and more counter spells. Would appreciate any feedback, either to the deck, or just how to approach Magic as a whole, or even using this site better.
