Discarding is the aim to win by reducing the opponents hand to 0 and in turn using Waste Not as a win con to gain value from their discards. loc

ive found a black red build is best for a discard deck as it allows for some direct damage and removal to deal with any aggro threats.

if they begin to empty their hand early get them to refill it with Sign in Blood or just start throwing down Shrieking Affliction. At turn 5 if you have a Painful Quandary down its pretty much game. unless they have uber lifegain or enchantment destruction.
