Super Budget Boros deck. Surprisingly effective and well balanced.

I guess end goal would be get 2 more Madcap Skills, 2 more Fencing Aces and 2 more Precinct Captains to really make turn 3 Hell for the Opponent.

Also, @ least 3 Boros Charms would be cool.

Infinite Combo with Reckoner and Nearheath Pilgrim would be chill if I can acquire @ least 2 more of the Reckoners.
