The concept of this creature-less deck is to use Chandra, Pyromaster for her ultimate (tossing out sweet burn spells for no mana cost), or use Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker for his also awesome abilities.

Cancel spells are reflected in Mindswipe, Dissolve, with God/Planeswalker removals in Banishing Light and Deicide(SB), and creature removal with Devouring Light .

Burn Spells are Magma Jet, Lightning Strike, Jeskai Charm , Deflecting Palm, Stoke the Flames , Searing Blood , and Mindswipe. Sideboard an Anger of the Gods for those pesky aggro/token decks.

Now for the fun part. After the Game 1 Burn, my opponent usually knows that I have no creatures in my deck, so out go the kill cards/exile cards for whatever they have in their side board. That's when we change the game a bit.

Side board out the 2 Dissolve, 3 Searing Blood , 2 Devouring Light , 2 Stoke the Flames ,1 Deflecting Palm and 1 Mindswipe,and throw in the 4 Mantis Rider, 4 Spellheart Chimera, 3 Hushwing Gryff, and 2 Narset, Enlightened Master for creature attacks. Spellheart Chimera especially because we would still have many Instant/Sorcery's to power him up. Flying attacks for the win!
