Sideboard

Hi Skycat, bye skycat! The card just is too clunky for tempo. Probably fits better in a midrange deck that uses the act ability companion. I did however get some spicey advice on adding a x1 of Vadrok. He can free cast any non-creature card in the deck & is a really good finisher. Plus he can be a 3 drop if needed & Borrower can always bounce him back end of turn to then mutate on your turn for a game winning swing. Also allows for a 3rd Rally which is a really strong card in this deck.

Deck was really strong on Arena. Actually handled Lurrus really well. Keeping Winged Words in as the raw draw is worth more in tempo than selective draw. Also trying a suggestion from a friend to switch out Vandal for Skycat. I'm not as sold on it but def will try it. I see the benefit of skycat being a big body when the board is full plus the ability to produce fliers but the flash and natural 2 toughness of Vandal is hard to give up.

Thanks for any suggestions/help and if you sleeve this up please let me know how it went, etc.

I think everyone has screwed around with the all flying build since Core 20 released a great subset mostly intended for limited play and even before with the great mono U tempo deck from a few standard cycles ago. I have always kept a UW fliers deck going but the recent addition of Sprite Dragon got me thinking Jeskai.

The main player in the deck is Sprite Dragon. It's what your opp has to keep in check or the game is lost. Adventures trigger SD, so Guidemother becomes a lot better than face value. Especially on curve as casting the ADV then casting the creature after a T2 SD allows for a trigger and 4 dmg while dropping a blocker. Ptera is a one drop that has value in late game. Borrower is Borrower and Eagle is the name sake of the deck as the mascot for flyers. Vandals are discount SD as they trigger on draw but the flash is a nice addition (This card has been cut and re-added a bunch. It's the 59-60 of the list.)

The spells list is good for cheap spells and cantriping. Sweep is built for the deck and really wrecks some of the bigger decks in the format (I fear no Lurrus, burn doggy burn). Rally of Wings is the finisher in the deck but also is great for trapping players into bad plays. Lots of draw to get get through the deck.

Manabase I'm still trying to figure out. Wanna balance being fast with having proper mana. Also the 19 is tight but the CMC of this deck is really low.

Sideboard is what I've been using to fight off the current Arena meta.

Biggest key with this deck is consistency. It just hammers forward with one purpose. Even if you lose the SD just having flying bodies does a bunch of work. Taking this deck and grinding Arena right now. It does really well against Rakdos Sakdos and Fires.

The biggest decision I am making right now is to drop Vandal and in doing so add one more Borrower, 1 more RoW, and swapping Winged Words for Anticipate. The debate between WW and the other is the value of two cards drawn or being able to see cards & select 1. With the Vandal in having the draw is better but without Vandal I could see the value in seeing vs. Raw card draw. In most cases WW CMC is 2, so I see them all as the same slot.
