The Deck strategy goes like this: play all your free artifacts, play a Tolarian Academy for a ton of mana, play a red source so that you can play your wheel of fortune or wheel of misfortune, cycle through your deck until you get to laboratory maniac, draw the rest of your deck, then once once you've done that, you win.

this deck takes on average 2-3 turns to win. although you can win on turn 1, it is hard to pull off. Have Fun ;)
