Looking to build a mono blue draw deck that pays off with things like amass and Jace's Projection.

Feedback massively appreciated. Also open to switching the theme into a mill style deck too.

Edit: Sorcerous Spyglass put into the maybe board. I really want to fit it in the sideboard, just need to figure out what to remove.
