Pretty much.
I'll take the Probe mainboard into consideration, the Anticipates are there (and once I build this in paper I'm doing Sleight of Hands over Serum Visions.. 10 dollar commons are gross) as I can hold up a counter turn 2 and if they do nothing I have no problems with then I can Anticipate.
I will probably change the Remand and Mana Leak counts though, seems good.

So I take it the point of this deck is to play the control game until you draw and play Shape Anew, correct? If that's the case, I would recommend dropping the Remands to 2 and adding a Mana Leak. Also, I don't see a lot of value in Anticipate. Might I suggest a Gitaxian Probe (or 4)?
