Red White Blue deck based around Lightning Angel and Rakavolver. This is version 4.2, and it is now much faster. It can either go fast and hit them with Mantis Rider and Storm Fleet Sprinter, or it can play the long game, and end it with the flyers. Niv-Mizzet can help end any stalemates by dealing out damage and hurrying the library along.
