My budget build of Abzan Rites. Pretty much the same as the budget magic build from saffronolive, but I tweaked it just a little to fit my local meta.

I am working to slowly upgrade this deck to be modern competitive. I have $30 per month to invest in it so I'm going to keep putting money into it like that. Any advice is welcome, just remember how little money I have for this, so I won't be getting fetch lands and thoughseize for example.
