Trying to build my fisrt mill deck (and its my first attempt at deck building). Started playing magic not to long ago and did a bit o research about UB mill decks.

OBS:Kind of trying to keep it on a budget, because i dont have all the cards yet ($100 maximum)

So any advice to improve the deck is welcome
