If you're looking for a finisher, there are a couple cards that seem like they are on theme and also might get the job done. Syphon Life drains your opponent for 2, and then you can recast it by discarding lands into your graveyard. Dreadwurm is a decent beater that gains indestructible whenever you play a land, so you can swing with impunity. You can go wide with Sporemound, or go a little more vanilla beaters with Kazandu Stomper or Excavating Anurid. To make sure you can cast these guys, Skola Grovedancer, Kazandu Nectarpot, Grazing Gladehart, and Jaddi Offshoot all help you gain life to stay alive. Retreat to Kazandu can gain you life or make your little guys formidable beaters too.

Hey, good work in progress so far, interesting theme. Frogkin Kidnapper isn't a legal Commander card.
Changeling Outcast is a one drop Frog who's unblockable. Bloodline Pretender is a Frog who grows each time Keimi is created. Whiptongue Frog can easily give itself flying. These are lower CMC Frogs who could replace high CMC ones: Anurid Murkdiver, Yargle, Glutton of Urborg, Species Gorger.
If you're wanting to enchant Tatsunari and Frogs then consider Season of Growth? Repeatable draw and it triggers to scry each time Keimi is created. It's nuts with Shimmering and Silk. Season could replace Frog Tongue. I see some nonFrog creatures then consider more enchantresses? Argothian Enchantress, Setessan Champion could replace Excavating Anurid and Chromatic Orrery.
Mana rocks are obviously good for ramp, but Sanctum Weaver and land enchantments seem better because of Keimi and enchantresses. Weaver, Fertile Ground, Wild Growth could replace the three Talismans.

Really like this planeswalker but I think the theme is making it a little weak (plus I think you have too many creatures and lands in comparison with the other types but I don't know, never tested).
I would build something similar with genesis and all but let me suggest
Nantuko Cultivator , perfect when flooding a little. Excavating Anurid
That's just the top of my head because I have been drafting mh1 recently and I thought of Oathbreaker/graveyard stuff.

Great list! Shenanigans from the new MH1 seems like a better card over Putrefy for this deck. It doesn’t have creature removal but it looks like you have plenty of other spells that take care of that. Shenanigans allows you to have strict artifact removal but also adds the extra Dredge which seems clutch. I don’t think you’ll need these but here are a few budget options you could try out in: Geomancer's Gambit , Excavating Anurid , Springbloom Druid , and Winding Way .
I know you are on a relative budget but Wrenn and Six seems very relevant for this as well.
Boundless Realms although high CMC works wonders with any landfall trigger.
