This is my latest attempt at a more consistent U/R deck. With the right draws this deck can win on turn 4, thus my mild emphasis on scrying. I started this deck before rotation as a more midrangey deck with a lot of blue "tricks" but since then have decided to go more aggro, with this version being the most aggro.I'm considering adding cards such as Monastery Swiftspear, Hordeling Outburst, and Treasure Cruise, but I currently like this iteration the most. Ideas on how to improve consistency are appreciated.
