A "draw, go" Bant Control list which focuses on counter effects to control tempo and deny threats.

Wins on the backs of the shapeshifters, AEtherling and Progenitor Mimic. Thragtusk can play the beater role in a pinch, but he is here more for his ability to stabilize and persist through board wipes.

Over 15 counters in the deck should be able to control the battlefield until you can dig for your threats via the card draw of Sphinx's Revelation and Urban Evolution.
