help with flicker

I really want to make a Gonti, Lord of Luxury flicker deck, but I don't have many ideas. I'm thinking Panharmonicon, Eldrazi Displacer, and other flicker.
Torrential Gearhulk will let you play your flicker Instants again.
If you went for three colours you could also use Goblin Dark-Dwellers for the same result.
It is fairly easy to add into the mix if you run producing lands, then also use Aether Hub, which will help you activate Eldrazi Displacer, and Spire of Industry. To make the Spire work just put in some Thraben Inspector (the Clue triggers the Spire), and a couple of early Artifact Creatures, or Vehicles.

If you do go the Panharmonicon / Eldrazi Displacer route, a few Filigree Familiar, Thought-Knot Seer as well as a couple of Harsh Scrutiny, Transgress the Minds maindeck can be pretty gross... (I've been on the other side of the table...I know)...down side...Reflector Mage which was also in my friends deck is now bannedhammered. Also Glint-Nest Crane was good with Panharmonicon as well as for finding them and Prophetic Prism which synergize well...

So for the flicker effects you are either going to want to go White, or Blue.
The White Flicker effects in Standard are:
Acrobatic Maneuver
Eerie Interlude
Eldrazi Displacer <- Note that this does need to function as well
Long Road Home
and Felidar Guardian
The Blue effects are:
Displace
Essence Flux
Illusionist's Stratagem
